April 20, 2023 - Today marks the 24th anniversary of the Columbine High School shooting, a day that changed our schools forever for both educators and parents alike. Unfortunately, this was not the last tragedy that we have had to deal with in this nation. While many things were learned from this event that have influenced change and progress, we believe any act of violence on a school campus is unacceptable.
Campus Contingency was created to bring our expertise in educating, influencing and connecting stakeholders to influence change. Like you, we have had enough of this trend and are investing in bringing you the information, training, support and funding that you need to confidently make the claim, “Your children are safe.” Government buildings are safe. Amusement and sporting complexes are safe. We are past the point of excuses as to why our children and educators too cannot have a safe learning environment.
Campus Contingency is prepared to make a difference. Thank you in advance for your support, and contribution toward this goal that one day, any school in America will be considered among the list of the safest places in the United States of America.
