National Center on School Infrastructure to enhance safe and supportive schools

The United States Department of Education, Office of Elementary and Secondary Education, has announced the establishment of the National Center on School Infrastructure (NCSI) under Assistance Listing Number 84.184R.

The NCSI program aims to create a centralized resource hub for States and local educational agencies (LEAs) to enhance and develop safe, healthy, sustainable, and equitable public school infrastructure. Through facilitating public school infrastructure improvements, the center seeks to offer technical assistance (TA) to Supporting America's School Infrastructure (SASI) grantees and high-need LEAs in their efforts to utilize available resources for the advancement of public school facilities, benefiting all students.

Applications for the program must be submitted by August 7, 2023. Further details and application guidelines can be found at the following link.
